MBLD unable to access password enabled user

hi all!appreciate any expert advice!

I have MBLD 4TB.

Drive W public, drive V is for "user" created in web interface of WD given user name "admin1" and password "admin1"

Normally when click V at window explorer, just need to enter admin password for MBLD 1 time and then another prompt for user admin1 and pw admin1

Last week changed to fibre set up from ADSL.New router assign new ip to MBLD

The desktop i use still able to see the "public" drive W and can see all files, the other mapped drive V keep asking for network user and password to assess MBLD, then ask for user and password to assess MBLD and ask again user and password to assess MBLD 4 times and at the end fail to access drive...

I then disable password for this user and still ask 4 times user and password...so i reenable with same user and password...

But i am able to see this user's drive via WD2go webpage remote access ...
anyone with issues of prompt multiple times user and password to assess MBLD "other user-password enabled" drive? thks

Solved...but just felt strange, map via window explorer cannot, use WD discovery cannot, but later tried WD link able to map already... thanks for attention
