Even you reported sick during ICT, your MC is not recognised by SAF until you endorse by MO.

I think co refers to Commanding Officer rather than company.

hmm.. don't sound right unless your OC is trying to cover up your MC. End of ICT, he will not report your MC, thus nothing has happened.
