Is it cheese burger add lettuce?
Can customise to 2x lettuce?

See if menu allows you.
If no , you must be a regular and they know you to do it
Adding extra lettuce is generally OK


But Those things like add cheese or add special sauce is a NO
Think in past they add both chocolate and strawberry sauce to ice cream

This is McDonald's easiest hack
Use burger and ingredients they already have and add in a new sauce and charge more

mac in sg core ingredients are always the same. the only difference is the sauce then they will tell u new item
