MDIS vs SMF

in which university better to take IT degree
MDIS or SMF
i considered to PSB too, but i think in psb , the course is expensive
please give me your advices, or any better university for IT and not too expensive,

For IT, best is PSB University of Newcastle is very well known for IT courses. MDIS, cannot make it, university of Braford should be mainly for Business like UOL
