I just did a full health screening at SATA Commhealth, and the results confirmed that I am suffering from testosterone deficiency. I'm not complaining, I'm ok with it because the good news is that I don't have too many other health hazards, but I am just being true to myself by confessing that I have been experiencing erection problems for the past four years at least. The last time my (ex-)girlfriend touched me intimately was four years ago, back then I was still attracted to her, but I simply couldn't perform in bed. The doctor said it was performance anxiety. Sex has become extremely stressful for me, and I have tried other means to get myself aroused such as watching prawn once in a while, but most of the time I am quite inert.

I was at my tip top condition when I first met my (ex-)girlfriend in the year 2010. Back then we were both horny creatures and we undressed each other quickly in a quiet room after meeting each other at a nightspot, back then we were both more active in life la. But as time passes, she matured a lot and found more meaning developing her business career, while I still had a whole bunch of extended family members who needed me as a caregiver. As the rigours of life took over, we started losing interest, and on my end I started becoming more interested in Buddhist views and practices such as abstinence and continence. On top of that, my medication meant that I was also being sedated most of the time, I wasn't so capable of becoming sexually aroused, and bit by bit I became inert. The rest of the story I've already posted in this thread, basically I became a Erectile Dysfunction patient apart from suffering from mental issues.

Yes I am on Olanzapine and Sodium Valproate. I'm not familiar with all these medical jargon, but I have been taking these medications since 2018, from the moment I started taking them I could observe my libido going down.

It’s common to have ED at an early age but not normal to have sexless relationship. Sex is very important to building and emotional connection. Just pop the blue pill. No big deal about it. Just expensive only.
