anyone has experience with CM's novatouch? on massdrop, barebones for a half decent price.

half the mind to try it.

anyone knows how much these go for locally, if at all avail?

I don't wander around much, so I don't know if it's avail locally.

thanks!
I tried the novatouch switch on a switch tester at a shop in Sydney, hands down the best switch I've ever tried in terms of smoothness. I didn't get any of the clack though, what topre switches are famous for, could be because that one switch was isolated.

Makes me wanna get a topre keyboard.

but I think reds for most ppl, brown for ppl who want feedback, black for if you want a stiffer feel.

and get O-rings for dampened sounds, cherry mx profile keycaps MIGHT be quieter, (shorter, less travel to bottom out). this is from my own use, as I have OEM and cherry/varmilo profile keycaps. I can feel and hear the difference.
