For the past few weeks I notice my 'e' key on my Filco isn't responsive... Like sometimes it doesn't register my keystrokes. Happens most often upon startup.

Just wondering if this is a faulty switch and is there any shop in SLS that provides such repair services? Hope I don't need to replace my whole kb just for one key...

About four years old.

Only the 'e' key. I have to keep zhamming the key multiple times, then it will go back to normal. But everytime after I don't use the key for some time (e.g. I go to sleep the next morning I wake up to use the computer) the same problem returns...

BTW Filco keyboard also have firmware updates? Didn't know haha
