user problem lah. the weak port part on the keyboard, as long as you don't plug in and plug out and keep the keyboard at the same spot you will not have this issue

When looking for mechanical keyboards there are a few things i looked into.

1. Non leds
2. Costar stabilizers
3. Detach usb cords
4. Brown key switch
5. Full size
6. No additional macro keys
7. Bluetooth

And so far only 1 keyboard has it. Filco Majestouch 2 Convertible.

Just preference or got any reasons for the non led?

Both. Led have the tendency to fail.

And when it starts to fail, its like a virus. It spreads.

And its a pretty hit or miss. Some could last quite long. And after that it shows some signs of led blown.

Nice to see, but when it comes to reliability, non led is still the best and comes with one lesser problem.

My k95 (non Rgb) has the white leds going out one after another until only about half left. The rgb version seems to have that static discharge led jibaboom problem fixed though. The keyboard is solid apart from the leds. Dedicated media keys plus the awesome volume control knob are the plus points.
