medical appt during ns

Hi, i would like to know if we have medical appts during ns. will time off be given to us or are we force to take leave?

because according to my friend he said that some superiors will force u to take leave if u have a medical appt. as my friend says that those medical appt refer to by polyclinic doctors will not be approved therefore time off will not be given. And also he mentioned that if polyclinic doctors refers us to a specialist. we need to go to the SAF MO first to seek for permission first before we can go for our specialist appt.

if it near end of office hours like maybe 4pm, i dun think the boss will be so chek ak, i have had appointments at 9am/11am/1pm before, all dun need to take my own leave, so just check with your boss...

If it's not sanctioned by your unit, it's up to your superior. If you want official recognition, go to your MO. If they don't give then LPPL.

i don't believe your superior is forcing you to take leave for medical appointments for no good reason.

do you already have way too many medical appointments?

do your medical appointments always fall on days of major events?

do you play punk and give your superior trouble and don't do your job properly?
