Let's say I was given MC for 5 days from 28th Feb to 4th Mar. Went Dr again on 2th Mar and MC was exended but Dr gave from 2th Mar onwards. Will it be calculated based on date or the number of days written on the MC?

the extended mc also got until a certain date 1 what.
