Anyone can advise me whether with the new Medishield life, is there still a need for private shield plan?

I am currently holding an Incomeshield plan and is thinking of terminating it with the new medishield life.

My worry is can the current overcrowded government hospitals be able to handle if people starts dropping private, A ward cover and all go B2 and C.

Then that will also depend on the private insurance. If they set it too high, i think many people will drop out.
