What about Aviva Moratorium Underwriting?

As long as they dont experience symptom, or seek medical advice, take any medication for 5 years, then it can be included.

depending on how severe, but pre exsistings conditions not covered, might need a gp statement.

It's unlikely for chronic conditions such as high blood to pass the 5 year period.

Other one off conditions yes there might be a chance.

Usually you have to take medication to control high blood pressure especially for elderly so high blood pressure will most likely be exclude. However some insurer do take it in as standard if the person reading is consistently good from medication.

Even if they cover, will up the premiums gao gao to deter people from signing up.

Insurers only want to collect money with confidence.
