Megatrends message keeps appearing upon boot

Hi everyone,

Whenever I boot up my computer, I receive this Megatrends message which requires me to press F1 before being able to proceed to windows. I never had to do this before. May I know what I wrong?

replace motherboard battery with cr2032 cell. press f2 and save changes

Thanks for the prompt reply. Would any cr2032 cell work? Are there any recommended places to buy a good one?

Yes, any CR2032 battery will do, available at mini-mart near your house.
