Meizu will reportedly price the MX5 aggressively in China in order to handle the constantly increasing competition. The device is tipped to cost ¥1,799 (about $290).

Rumored specs of Meizu MX5 include Mediatek MT6793 SoC, 5.5” 1080p AMOLED display, 3GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable memory, and 20MP camera. The handset will boot FlymeOS 4.5 on top of Android Lollipop.

A higher end Meizu MX5 Pro will also be announced in the near future. The device might feature a 6” QHD display, Exynos 7420 SoC, 4GB of RAM, and 20MP camera.

Sadly, I've managed to crack my screen… don't ask me how except that it was alcohol related… anyone knows where I can have it repaired in Sg?

http://www.androidheadlines.com/2015/07/meizu-mx5-pro-launch-q4-m2-arriving-summer.html

with the launch of MX5 (specs pretty good for normal flagship)
really very excited what the PRO Edition will bring :D

According to rumors, the MX5 Pro will feature a 6-inch QHD display along with 4GB of RAM. The 4,000mAh battery was also mentioned, and same can be said about the 20-megapixel camera which will be located on the back of that device (quite probably Sony’s IMX230 20.7MP shooter that can be found in the MX5). The phone will be made out of metal, and it will ship with Android Lollipop pre-installed, while Meizu’s Flyme UI will be installed on top of it. There you have it folks, we’ll report back as soon as additional info surfaces.
