Is there a services or someone at melaka that able to bring my family around to travel at melaka by van?

There's Grab in Melaka. Very convenient and easy to get.

I thought I took Uber last December. Maybe it's Grab.
One problem with these Apps hailing things is the pick up point. I was at Mahkota Parade and the Grab driver asks me to go out of entrance and adjoining carpark all the way to the open road with no shelter. Lucky I'm alone with no Elder.
When I was in JB City Square Grab asks me which entrance am I at. Levis? I didn't look at my pants label though.
Then from City Square to Putri Pan Pacific hotel driver donno how to go. I was the one to teach
