Hi guys, today i went to clean up my whole pc of dust. I also stupidly went to wipe my casing window with a alcohol content causing part of the acrylic to melt causing circle burn-like markings on the acrylic which cant be remove....

Can i ask you guys if there is some way to replace the acrylic? or should i just get a new casing? :(

Thanks in advance!

Acrylic should have plastic memory characteristic. Try applying a dry cloth over the affected area and iron briefly over it?

Actually what you could do is to go to a acrylic shop and get it customized for you.

The cost wont be that high as compared to change the entire case.

If your case is cheap, then probably it is not worth it. But if it is expensive then i guess it is worth to change it.

My old case is kinda cheap and used for 7 years already. It is the CM-310, kinda like the unique side window shape haha. Nvm, i guess i will change the whole case since thats a cheap case.

The case that crows recommended seems good, but its OOS. Budget is not over $180 i guess! Is that case very big?

bring your plastics, go here ask for quotation.

won't cost you another casing.

also free biscuit and coffee.

unless you really want to change the whole casing....... then no choice.

Contact your casing distro and ask them to quote for replacement for that part.

Thanks guys for all your suggestions. I had went ahead and bought a new case since the case had served me for many years already. Bought the Corsair Obsidian Series 350D because i liked the elegant and sleek design.
Enjoying my new purchase :D
