Memory Context Restore on AM5 DDR5 systems

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone using MCR with Power down settings in your AM5 bios?

Initially I kept it auto to train memory at start up but I faced issues sometimes during reboot. System stuck at orange led and I have force reboot it in order to get it up.
To the point that seems abit irritating that I decide to try out enabling MCR.

this was for a pc i sold off, so i dont have direct access to it anymore. but i havent received any complaints, so its a case of no news is good news

Your tweaking is MCR?

I dunno what MCR is, but my AM5 system does memory train from time to time and takes around 1-2mins to do so. Using asrock b650m HDV/m.2

ya, but i think its not a big deal, usually every 2 weeks or so it will memory train like that for 1-2mins. Maybe your one is doing that, try waiting awhile and see what happen

Same, Im using Asrock B650M PG Riptide, and once every few weeks, the system will auto train for like 1-2mins. Not sure if its a Asrock thing or maybe a bios update may help. Im still on last year Aug bios though, because if it aint broken, im not updating, waiting an extra 2mins once every few weeks is no big deal honestly
