I am currently using Vengeance 1600Mhz CL8 mems, 2x4GB kit

I cant find a similar kit to pair it with

Will it be an issue if I pair it with Vengeance 1600Mhz CL9 2x4GB kit?

I do not overclock the mems, I simply enable XMP

TIA!

Not a problem. You can manually set the timings to 9-9-9-24 for both sets of ram.

XMP is overclocking your memory...

It is indeed. But its officially supported.

Mixing rams is generally not an issue. But do note it will always cause the system to run at the speed of the slowest ram module.
