I briefly considered years ago, but with my teeth already eroded by brushing too hard... brushing one more time would prove to be worse. :(

Brushing without paste is super disgusting (the smell). So just compromised by rinsing and sloshing my mouth after meal.
Chiu maybee surprised, there's one dentist that says it's best to brush without toothpaste, sho chiu will know how to brush better, a toothpaste will mask it. Their oral hygiene boot camp (or kinda but not his) also brush wo toothpaste one

This is not he first time I encountered that..... previously sat beside a man ...he was over the phone, and his bad breath could also flew from his seat. Anyone experienced that too???

I wonder if they know it themselves. Its disgusting.
i wonder if we got bad breath, we blow into a plastic bag, trap the air, then inhale from the bag, we can smell our own bad breath or not?

The only way I learnt is if my brushing cause my gums to bleed... :(

And it bled frequently when I was younger, and not because of brushing. My father's lineage has an extensive history of bad oral health (and hereditary heart conditions). I think I am lucky I still have all my teeth at this age because of the "proper" oral care and modern knowledge. My father lost most of his teeth in his 30s (and also had a heart bypass before his 40s, and more stents in the decades after; not due to diet). I have a feeling the heart issues all started in their mouth.

bad breath mainly from

1) food gets stuck in the teeth and rots, brush no use need to floss
2) never clean the tongue
3) tonsil stones
