Where do you normally get yours? Trying to find some with shorter inseams. Short legs means I end up looking like I'm wearing berms. Any recommendations?

You can try H&M and Topman as they have “short short” styles - you could also try rugby shorts as they’re more standard

I think best and cheapest is to buy from Uniqlo and go to your fav alterations auntie/uncle.

Uniqlo easy shorts with the rubber waist band. It’s not baggy like cargo shorts and for me, it’s the ideal length.
