I don't really like the feeling of sunblock, a bit heavy i feel, is it really necessary?

hahaha... I dont wanna sound like a girl but it is 100% necessary! More than toner. There are a lot of sunblock out there that feels really light... Vichy or Roche... then clairins for men or Dior's...

am using academie's right now.. is a sun stick that you just apply directly to your face, then use your hands to spread a little.

Erm, what's the reason for using sunblock?

I saw some moisturiser that has SPF content.. Can I use those instead of buying a sunblock and a separate moisturiser? Something like the Solar Defence from http://www.faceofman.com.sg/products.asp

moisturiser with sunblock.. can... but most of the time, they will feel heavy. Anyway, there are many reasons to use sunblock. UV rays are harmful to the skin. It ages the skin, you will get pigmentation. If you have a wound or some scars (example pimple) on the face, without a sunblock, it heals slower. Later, you will be tan, skin feels rubbery, tight, thin and wrinkled.

depends on the brands... nowadays... 40 to 50 shouldnt feel so heavy unlike in the past... and will last you for the whole day...
if using 15 to 25.. you may need to reapply...like morning apply once, reapply in the afternoon when you go out for lunch.
BUT... remember to clean thoroughly... either you do double cleansing or you use cleansing milk/ makeup remover before the actual cleanser.
I do double cleansing... if you don't titanium oxide in the sunscreen will oxidized on your skin and will darken. And prolong sunscreen on the face will also cos milia.

up to u, but i use hand cuz cotton pad always waste a lot. always remember dont rub the toner onto your face, tap it lightly into your face instead.

i bought blemish lab ac toner from nature republic when i was in korea, i highly recommend this if u have blemishes. moisturizer use hand to apply, i find tea tree oil based moisturizer are the best for me, water based type works well for most people. oil-based moisturizer usually will clog pores if u are acne prone like me, so get those with salicylic acid or water based type~

actually wat i am using now is garnier spot purifyin toner and moisturer with salicylic acid . But apply le, more breakout happens.. i see le everyday also very sad~~~:look:

Depends how serious... not too bad... hm use exfoliation will help.
For faster result, see a professional for microdermabrasion, chemical peels or lasers.

As far as i know about milia, they are very difficult to extract or get rid. You have to visit a certified beautician to remove it by needle. =x

And they will come back even after lasering.

If your face is milia prone, it will...
There are many reasons for milia as well. Sunscreen not cleanse away properly, even wearing a moisturiser under the sun without a sunscreen also will cause it.
