Yeah, what exactly is the process of er, the exfoliating, moisturising, toning... How often must it be done and in what order?

can use different brands for each type of "exfoliating, moisturising, toning" or must use the same?

not neccesary to use same brand but since they have a whole range and you intend to use the different items, might as well stick to same brand. Can try Men Skin Centre , Bella skincare's brother brand if you prefer professional facials. Or DIY if you know what your skin type is like and needs lor. A lot of information available online. No excuses nowadays.

Any recommendation for a proper facial cleanser? I'm using hospigel to wash my face as I have sensitive skin and eczema. But I do have occassional pimples and a significant amount of small dots (don't know what they're called but they are not pimples) and they cause my face to be rather rough though it's not very visible.

The small dots is called milia seed. I have it at my under eye area... Its quite hard to remove it. Dun try to extract it yourself if its near your eye area...
it will scare your eye... can opt for laser... but i haven reach the stage for laser yet... trying alternative like AHA and eye cream

For facial cleanser, its always a try and error stuff... Tried alot of brand some are good some are so so... now using clinique and amway cleanser....

Good luck

Used Khiel's ultra oill free cleanser for a while but still it says mild formula. After wash already, still some part of my face feel very dry and like peeling off. Anyone got any idea? I have to spam moisturizer to keep it hydrated. The feeling sucks everyday when I wash face. After that the entire cycle repeats. :( Should I go maple clinic or consult NSC?

this means the cleanser is not suitable for your face. actually one should dump any cleanser when you feel ur skin is tight after washing. you can try Simple range cleanser
