i think spf still crucial .
one the reason for Labmen is their high spf .

so best to invest on that .
but like i say, if budget is an issue can choose others

Yes. Agree with u. SPF is really really important for skincare routine. btw, does the lab bb moisturiser look obvious? Like make ups? Can your friends spot it when u r using it?:)

try la roche posay, they have good line for oil control. U can buy it in watson or guardian easily. and they got promotion most time of the year.

SK-II Treatment Essence is also good for oil control but it is not cheap...

Recommend a lip balm for chronic chappy lips. Pocket sized, and tube please. No tins.

I'm using kielh's men's lip balm which is $19. I feel it's very good. U can also browse some cheap ones in watson or guardian like mentholatum lip balm or DHC lip balm. Those pharmacy cosmetics brand like bioderma, la roche posay, vichy, uriage all have good lip balm without tins and suitable for men to use.

Korean one should be more suitable for asian right? And also lots of korean men like to do make-ups:s22:
Well, the power protection one is not a men's line. Sg doesnt have their men's line for bb. But i went to the shop and asked the shop asst and she picked out natural beige for me. There are another two: one that is darker and one that is lighter. At first when you apply your face will look whitish, after abt 10 to 20 mins, the colour will blend in, but still slightly lighter than your normal colour.

Hi, I'm new to this thread. Would like to check on the following:

1. What's a good everyday facial wash that's wallet friendly and not too harsh? My usual go-to are The Face Shop and Biore, but lately they tend to dry my face out a lot.

2. How do I deal with oily skin? I wash evert morning and night, and also whenever I take a shower, but I sweat quite easily and skin gets oily fast. T-zone area also full of enlarged pores.

3. Anyone has the following: (i) constant peeling/flaking at the nose area? Is it because my skin oily and the cleanser dries it out too much? (ii) redness/soreness at a part of your face that appears suddenly one day and doesn't seem to go away? This is especially evident after I've taken a hot shower, and is bugging me. It gets slightly fainter after a while but there's still a slight red tinge that lingers. Got it randomly one day on January, not sure if I scratched myself or what. :(

Hi guys,Im a student and Im kind of new in this thread any advise as I currently looking for moisturizer and tips for oil control currently using simple clear skin oil balancing moisturzier but it doesnt seems to control the oil.

Is it better to get a bb cream moisturizer or just a pure moisturizer?

Some info of me:Currently using simple spotless skin triple action facial cleanser.Always apply skin lab glacial glay mask every other days except for weekend.I have few pitted hole and pimple always at my forehead and a bit oily face and i sweat alot.

and isit better to get a bb cream with spf due to current singapore weather, would I look gay if i apply bb cream as in really noticable by girls?

Is sweat the main cause of oiliness and pimple?

Any recommendation prefer price below $30 as im currently still a student cant afford it.

anyone use sk2 for men? how's the effectiveness? any recommended places to get cheaper in sg?

I used to use their full suite. I find it still alright, of course with premium pricing. Buy at SK2 can clock points but only useful if u continue to buy them. I am a member but cannot even remember anything about the membership.

I find moisturizing is really really impt. Sometimes also guilty on my laziness. Personally, I find Biotherm Homme Hi-Recharge Moisturizer the best. You can really see diff next day when u wake up. I believe they have changed the name to it.

Very subjective answers though.

1) Dermalogica

2) Enlarged pores, I think that can only be correctly rectificed by dermatologist. You can try toner or going for facials too.

Constantly oily could be due to weather, your diet, and sometimes if u use hair products, it just start from ur scalp then to ur face.

3) Peeling or flaking - Usually it's too dry or maybe cos u are always scrapping your nose to "flake" out this oil or blackheads. That hurts ur skin.

Then what does the redness turn to? An acne? or just disappear? Sounds kinda weird on how it appear.

Bb cream is very often used in korea even for guys

Its very common for guys to use bb cream

Bb cream has become a skin care not just cosmetics

Selleope Multi bb cream approved by their doctors to use after their cosmetic surgery to cover their scar

Pricing is abit on the high side as its imported from Korea

They do have promotion during festive seasons
