i read acne.org the last year. i came across this regime. pimple cream. with apple cidar vinegar. its work miraculously. you people can try too.

neutrogena pimple cream.
get the apple cidar vinegar from GNC. ratio it 5050 with water. or less if you feel stinging pain. cause starting might have this pain. then slowly increase the ratio through time.

I'm currently using coslab cleanser and toner. Its really gd. U can feel that ur face is really clean after using it. It was intro to me by a fren of mine some time ago and i stick to them till now. It works well on acne skin too.

Foam type is more shiok and easier to wash away. Gel type always have the feeling that you are not yet washign them off. Foam type tends to feel cleaner, face becomes more squeaky after using. Gel type tends to feel a little less so.

foam type is better for the skin becuase there will be less friction produce better ur face and ur hand. the air bubbles glides across ur skin. gel type will produce more friction lor as friction will cause fine lines. if u read carefully those gel type also ask consumer to mix the gel with water till foamy then apply on face.

1. Lab Series Oil Control Face Wash

2. For Lab, they have both, I'm currenly using the above foam wash, but changing to Lab Series Power wash(gel based) to try out.
