you are a bebeco staff? cos you sound like one

it's the first time i ever have my mail package lost, ive had dozens of items mailed from taiwan, hk, > 30 items from dealextreme alone, none are ever lost.

i blame it on bebeco, if they cant ensure their delivery, why should consumers buy from them, when i buy things, i expect it to be delivered.

if bebeco knows singpost is unreliable, why provide such option then?

Actually what you point out make sense too.

Since bebeco itself is a registered company, it should do more to ensure that their customers rights are protected.
For instance if you order from burberry and your items didnt not arrived, do you think they will push all the blame to the courier company? obviously not, since they are also responsible and they have a company image to uphold too.

As for this matter, i agreed with nitro that bebeco shld do more to help their customers and not push the blame entirely to singpost. What they did will just make consumers lose their trust in them.

LOL, i'm not. Check my post out.
I agree on what you said partially, but i'm also a online seller sells accessories in Singapore. I understand sometimes the lost of mail occurs by customer who selects Singpost normal mail service instead of registered mail. Again, this is all heng suay. Just like you buy electronics right? Sometimes 1 of out 20 or 10, one may be defects or faulty.

To prevent such circumstances, customer can select registered mail service provided by Singpost or other various services such as Courier service. "Ta-q-bin"?

If you are on the seller's side, would you sent an replacement on every customer's complaint of lost mail ma?

I'm sure this also happen from other online stores too. I am not trying to point at you and giving you a big laugh here.

I hope bebeco would come across this thread and improve on their delivery to customers. LOL

Be warned that skin79 homme is very pale, even for a fair skinned person like me. But it blends in after some time. However, if you are darker skinned, might not suit you.

This is ok, but some might find it drying.
Anyway, tea tree oil is really good for subsizing pimples too!

For those headless pimples, if i use BP...http://www.a-beauty-affair.com/2009/01/how-bp-benzoyl-peroxide-saved-my-face.html

It might take longer to subsize.. cus BP hardens it.

But tea tree oil soothes it :) Currently using Henry Tianus tea tree oil!

U can try bodyshop's one if they have it, cheaper i think.

Is this good to use?

my first order with bebeco for men triple essence, on 24 dec.. the package never arrived till now
beware of buying from them!!

U should have opted for registered mail.
Anyway, right now, you can still try to trace back your lost normal mail.
Get bebeco to check with Singpost by sending an enquiry, sometimes, if you're lucky, Singpost might chance upon your stuff and have it redelivered.

Good luck!

How much is the body shop Tea Tree Oil? But that looks like a wash right.

I realised that Bebeco controller uses Tea Tree Oil... so if there is a cheaper alternative why not?

I'm using BP too, but since it bleaches clothing, I use it only at night. A day treatment of TTO might be a good idea.

So far the controller to me has mixed feelings. It does helps to treat pimples, but does not seem to be able to prevent new ones.

If you're bored of Body shop or Watsons... there's always the 'What He Wants' online grooming shop for men. Just google 'What He wants' and it'll be the first few result...
They sell all the attas Ang mor brands that are supposedly much better than those u get off the shelves... surprisingly it ain't all that expensive.. as compared to La Mer or l'occitane and stuff...

any dermatologists to recommend here?
been using payot products but they seem to make the skin more oily,
what would be a better choice/brand to reduce sebum production?

for oily/pimple skin, may i recommend you guys to look at josephine celcure fresh foam. I have been using them for some time.

i cannot say no pimple or pimple free but, i cant say 99% lesser and many never stop using after i intro to them.

Actually they have already provide normal and registered option what more u want? Somemore singpost is supposed to be Singapore mail service company and they really sucks. And u ordered during Xmas season news already Said alot of complaints about delayed mails during this period.

Anyway, I just bought twice from them recently and the last one I opt for the home delivery and I got it that night. $5 and registered mail is $2.24. I rather pay $5 for the delivery.

I guess maybe u should just opt for home delivery.
