Scar use those also no use..use la mer lor..my bro hand got scrap out a piece of meat like centipede. .1.5 inch 0.4cm big like that..I let him use my la mer until cannot see scar

0.5mm. Mine is from China... there are the gd grade from China and the awful ones from China.

From Korea costs like $70+
From Europe and South Africa, $120 onwards.

Depends what results you want.

1mm... remember to use anesthetic cream. I don't know whether it is good or bad. As long as all needles are of the same length, it won't tear your skin. Once drop it, you gotta change. I'm also using 540 needles. There are some that are over 700 needles.

I tot Hiruscar is good for post acne scar which result varies widely. The depression of chickenpox scar is quite huge right? It is tough, normally doc will recommend laser as chemical peel will be slow and takes more than 10 sessions. If you willing to try, you can do microneedling. ikr... I got my milk of magnesia from korea. Think you can get it easily in other countries. For S'pore you gotta go all the way to hospital to buy becos milk of magnesia is an old recipe for constipation.

If you watch soccer for 8 hrs everyday for 10yrs, you will have tons of soccer knowledge. No need doc's prescription.

Good! Very good... okay this is the thing... I buy 70% alcohol to clean the roller, then prepare a syringe for the serum (2ml for 1 face), then roller for about 20min, then apply post treatment gel... is kinda layche sometime. I use it becos it is like a face lift. It injures the surface of the skin so that the skin produces collagen to heal.

So just apply on face no need to wash off?

you can just apply on pimple or use it as a mask for 20-30min or apply it a thin layer on the face (no need to wash off before you apply suncreen) before you go out.

Wah..syringe n serum...inject into the roller? So laychey..y cannot apply on face roller it...after that still gotta wash it ah...
