i went down the office and ask
they say will correct the mistake
but then they send me another invoice which is wrong again
email really no use. need to go down personally and make noise
The invoice dated before or after you bang table?
You went TPY yellow pages building? Did they sexplain the breakdown?
they send one invoice for $400+ on 27th June
went down on 28th
29th resend me the amendment one but still wrong
emailed them but no response
plan to go down tomorrow again
Guys, just send an email to Zero1 and IMDA (info@imda.gov.sg).
Let the Authority (The Big Boss) knows and follow-up with them. A Telco that can't even handle basic billing issues, and respond to Consumers' queries/complains timely is not fit to be a Telco here in Singapore. Unacceptable!
I'm sure if more people file a complaint to IMDA, hopefully Zero1 will be more proactive in handling the basics of being a Telco.
Agreed. Don't waste our time with Zero1 billing unless you are too free. Fill in IMDA online form (whistleblow@imda.gov.sg), stated Zero1 SCAM as they get money from our CC anytime they want with "error billing", refund in process for month never happen, let IMDA deal with Zero1 until a confirmed refund date.
For my case, I just need to follow up with IMDA (more responsive) until I get my money back

i just Port out to M1 sim only plan .no issue..afternoon 2PM sign up m1 and ard 11PM Port in alry..and i also cancel my credit card..scare they anyhow charge later..thanks. just emailed IMDA.
zero1 super disastrous. dont even have telephone to call
email and facebook messages totally non-existent except for the normal template replies.
you want things done you have to go down personally and even that can't solve the problem. i personally went down 3 times to the office
tried porting out to starhub but starhub say unable to port over. tell me approach zero1.
i dont want to lose my number and im stuck with zero1 now.
my 2 main issues
1) charge me $450+ when im just paying $19 amonth. sent me the amended invoice but still charge wrongly
2) cannot port out to another telco. starhub say is zero1's issue.

This month they billed me wrongly again. $29 instead of $19.
I still haven't gotten any reply on the $119 bill. Really can't make it...
