10. Is there a way to opt-out of the 5G+ transition?

Streamo Freedom and Movemo Dash users cannot opt out of 5G+, which runs on our 5G SA network. Our 5G NSA network will be retired by 31 March 2026, after which we will operate exclusively on 5G SA. If you’re on a 4G plan, you do not need to upgrade your SIM.

Hmm, still have until end March to really close down NSA.

I asked twice before, I give up. I ask about sim replacement, twice given different answer. One said mine is already 5G sim, the other saying I need a SIM change

That is why, I don't bother asking them a third time again.

Sigh, when I ported over from Starhub in 2022, there was a massive cock-up at Kosongsatu's end. My SH account was under my dad's name, so the admin process involved more work.

Kosongsatu's CS kept telling me "Service number does not match with customer ID", and insisted I I had to fill in a Transfer of Ownership form, which I did along with providing certain other key documents. Even after that, the port-over kept failing and they kept repeating the same garbage to me and even taichi me to SH without telling me what the root cause was... :s22:

After sending an angry, strongly-worded email to Kosongsatu's CS, where I asked to refund the initial amount paid and cancel the porting request if still cannot work, they quietly resolved the issue 2 days later. :s13:
