Messenger bag under $250

Currently using Crumpler Barney Rustle, and it's starting to show its age. Looking into chrome industries but people saying it may be too bulky for me, you guys have any recommendations to replace my aging bag? Preferably with laptop sleeves cos current don't have and kind of miss it
