I using mi 11 ultra cn set. Can install google play and safetynet pass. Google pay, banking apps, singpass etc all working on cn rom with google services installed.
So I guess Mi fold should be same.

I doubt anyone own this 2k+ phone
But for xiaomi is always no issue for flagship model

I did the same installation method as per my mi 11 ultra oso but still not certified.

Did u install the google play store from xiaomi getapps store? I did the same for mi 11 ultra cn set and then proceed to install all the normal apps that I would use. Even Netflix appear after a day from google play and can play HDR video. So means the widevine L1 is certified. Then also did use Google pay when still on CN Rom it also work. But since I needed google assistant so I flash mi 11 ultra to Xiaomi eu rom just to make life easier.
Did u go over to xda forum to check around?

U can try dun install from getapps
Go download latest version from apkmirror
All the google stuffs
Framework, calender sync, play service etc
Best is do factory reset before u install them
