I'm came across all 3 devices before and can provide my experience.

R7Plus
- Mid-Range specs
- Battery life superb amazing. Can last whole day (7-8) with ~30%.
- Slight sluggish when gaming due to SD615 + 2GB ram.
- Camera consider above average.

Mi Note PRO
- Top end specs.
- Battery life mediocre. confirm need to charge during mid day.
- Slight overheating due to SD810 chipset.
- Camera same as R7Plus.
- Gaming exp not bad.
- Miui can be sometimes sluggish.

OnePLUS 2
- Top end specs.
- Battery life somewhere in between PRO & R7plus.
- Camera somewhere below G4 (consider not bad).
- Didn't observe any overheating.
- Gaming = NotePRO.

Hope it helps your choice of phone. All the best. :):):)

I just bought a Mi Note Pro, so far am quite happy with it and I think it's super chio, my husband thinks it's chioer than his One Plus 2.

Agree that battery life is mediocre, have to charge once a day but not a big issue for me.

Reason why I chose Mi Note Pro was because the screen bigger, more RAM & better specs overall from my old phone.

Gib you see real life pics of Mi Note Pro. Sorry quality quite bad cause previous phone camera sucks. Phone is quite thin and light too.
