I am actually also really conflicted between getting the cloud II / senheisser headphones. However if i decide to go with the latter, i think i will purchase the mic today. Do u wanna tag along?

Just get a gaming headphone.. no need to headache here and there..

Ts, honestly you shld ask yourself wether you will be able to hear the sound difference or not. The gaming headphones will most likely have worse sound quality than the Sennheiser but if you are unable to hear a big difference then might as well go with the gaming headset

Like my gf can't tell the difference between her $30 earpiece and my ath ad 500x but for me I can. Bigger soundstage, mids, highs, etc etc.

If you want to get a microphone and if your environment is quiet you can look at blue snowball or cad u37(currently using) instead of the modmic because the quality difference is quite noticeable imo. Else if your background noisy then just stick with the modmic

Lol wtf same i just placed an order for it ystd. But the delivery date end sept sia wtf. Do u know what accesories we are getting with the mic? Like is there a popfilter

The drop was supposed to end on 30th June but was extended another 7 days. Delivery is now 28th Sept zzzzzzz

Prefer the Minimic's longer boom mic than Modmic's since mine is an open headphone. I'm attaching the velco near the back of the headphone, so that it doesn't block the 'air' passing through the drivers haha
