On stage Michael the Harvard is impressive, brilliant & eloquent.

If un-elected= talent wasted.

 Heart-throb of aunties, lians, hi-SES ladies = dont faint plse.
Anyone knows which JC he went to? Cause he mentioned he supported WP since his JC days.

Michael Thng is really good, relate to the masses well through his earnest endeavour and speaks with clarity and ease. Looking forward to see him more in the parliament.
One of the best if not the best new faces this election.

Andre is far better though. Simple, easier to understand and straight to the point. No fancy words needed.

He really talks well like a consultant but I can't help if he is just hot air?

Many issues aint deep enough. If he is voted into Parliament, hope can see he discuss issue with more depth like Jamus

He'll probably be back to try his hand at the lucrative S$16K/mth lottery in 2030. :s13:
Very sad, Sengkang town council didn't get to expand to punggol this round. Dun be discouraged, Marine Parade/Braddell GRC will also be waiting for you.

You're talking about the 24 PAP new faces that managed to get that lucrative S$16k/mth lottery without much effort? Don't see them at the Roundtable, both English or Chinese... ;)

OK, only Gho Sze Kee worth the salt to win at SMC.
The rest follow coattail of ministers? 😅

Applies to all relevant candidates, regardless of party banner.

Yup. Both PAP and WP.

Where applicable.

It’s hard to believe that just seven days ago, we were standing at the finish line of this campaign — polls closed and counting underway. The campaign ended almost as quickly as it began, and now I have been jolted back into the rhythm of ordinary life.
As a first-time candidate, I didn’t know exactly what to expect — only that it felt incredibly daunting. Sitting here now, it really feels like GE2025 altered my brain chemistry in ways I'll need time to fully unpack.
But a few reflections:
The warmth and encouragement we received from Singaporeans was nothing short of incredible — in person across Tampines and beyond, and from many others online.
Thank you to everyone who supported us along the way — for the gifted drinks, the smiles, the quiet words of encouragement, the light pats on the back. Every kind gesture kept us going.
In the past week, many have even taken the time to drop me a message or say hi in person — and I’m truly grateful for the kind words and encouragement.
I know that in the end, we didn’t quite get there. But I’ll always be proud of what we did together — my teammates, our EAs, and every volunteer who gave their time and heart to this campaign. It was a true team effort, and our team was stellar.
Today, I find myself thinking back to polling night.
Despite the disappointment, there was something deeply comforting about being at Serangoon Stadium (where it all began) — celebrating and commiserating together. It made the loss a little less bitter, knowing our friends made it into Parliament… and I suspect it made some of their victories a little bittersweet, too.
Sometimes it's just about finding the silver linings — because even on cloudy days, we can take heart knowing that blue skies still lie ahead.
