Michinoku coastal trail

Hello, anybody's hiked the Michinoku coastal trail before? I'm planning to hike in late April and am sourcing for info pertaining to the trail.

I've stumbled across a couple of English websites with trail maps and what not. Although I would prefer to stay in a proper room at the end of each day instead of campsite... so suggestions on accommodation will be helpful. Also, how easy is it to navigate around both the trail and the coastal towns/ cities since I can't understand Japanese.
