Micro ATX vs ATX board

Aesthetic wise atx looks more nicer to see. But there are high end matx board like Asus do looks good.

Well it depends on your needs. Matx has more pcie slots and 16x slot for GPU. Possible to have 4 way multi GPU. Whereas matx does not.

If I'm not wrong matx lacks msata support also.

And iirc matx board lacks of power phrases than atx board. But there are budget atx board that has lesser power phrases also.

Depends how many additional slots you need for xfire/sli/soundcards etc

If running 1 or no external gpu then can save some money by buying matx

If purchasing matx case your pc will run hotter as well.. but prob not much of an issue

Highly recommed ATX broad better for Gaming (Power, graphite and more) and Programming (Need high ram and other area support)

Not really true to that. Min if you think about expansion is min 2 pcie x16 slot. 2x pcie x1 slot 1 for sound card 1 for internet wifi.

Since you've either purchased the casing or have it in mind, you should go with an ATX motherboard for the most expandability.

If not, then go atx.
If yes:
- Do you need a dedicated sound card?
If yes, go Matx
If no, go mini itx

BTW, Asus Max VI Impact is itx and has sort of a dedicated sound card also.

For better heat dissipation and air flow too. Not to mention easier to fix up for ppl with big hands like me. Usually more usb ports.

Most people will use either one or zero pcie slot for graphic card. So even a mini itx suffices. Unless you have an expensive speakers system, with or without pcie sound card, very little difference.

mAtx and Atx allow more space to accommodate more sophisticated power phase compared to mini Itx. Those will matter only if you put power hungry processors in it, otherwise not that relevant to most users.

Since Atx is a little more expensive due to the more features, micro Atx is best bang for buck. Mini itx charges more for their effort to squeeze everything into a tight space. Economic consideration, go micro Atx.

Aesthetic wise, it's subjective. Some believe only gigantic chassis is cool. Some think tiny itx chassis is cool. Personal preferences.
