Try using 3rd party partitioning tool... It could be a filesystem that isn't supported by Windows (which I assume you're using)
Like if I were to format my card to Linux's ext4 or btrfs, they won't show up either in Windows.
If that doesn't work, then it means your SD card is most likely kaput.
