Folks,
need some assistance here regarding name format for use in Microsoft Cert Profile page. I'm enquiring as I came to be aware that providers such as Pearson Vue will deny a booked examination should a candidate's name not match his / her ID - NRIC in Singaporean's case.
Using the example of Tan Kok Leong, Tom -
Tan (last name)
Kok Leong, Tom (first name)
In the profile page, when specified in the order/format above, the MS cert page will greet you as "Kok Leong Tom Tan". However, per our NRIC it is Tan Kok Leong, Tom. As one can note, that is a confusing name order mismatch here.
Kok Leong Tom Tan
vs
Tan Kok Leong, Tom
Any idea how this should be entered ?
