Microsoft Certification profile requires area code

Hey guys, I am planning to take Microsoft AZ-900 exam but encountered an issue when I try to book the exam.
On the profile page, the area code is a mandatory field to fill-up but as we all know, Singapore does not have an area code.
Anyone knows what we are supposed to write on the area code field?

if cannot don't put just put 65?

If I put 65 on the area code, it will show +65 65 9xxx xxxx as my contact number.

Then country code do 00

I was not able to set 00 for country code but I think I found the solution.
I just had to put the first 3 digits of my phone number for the area code (+65 9xx xxxxx)
