The MOS courses recommended is more for Microsoft professional certification. I took the MOS Expert. Super dry. Is not cheap or easy to pass too. I did pass on 2nd attempt.

I think I prefer other courses for excel though. You might be interested to consider:

Microsoft Excel Dashboard:

Microsoft Excel Expert:
abc://goo.gl/FEaOTw (replace abc with http)

Microsoft Excel Beginner:
abc://goo.gl/Jptrzg (replace abc with http)

These courses are online. I like them coz I can learn at my own pace and I can download the stuff too. I took the dashboard course last year and the support was excellent. I have since become Excel expert in office after the course. :p

There are two courses that will suit your needs. Upon taking the course and clearing the exam you will officially be certified by Microsoft.

  1. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS): Excel 2010 Core (Duration: 3 Days / 21 Hours)
  2. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS): Excel 2010 Expert (Duration: 3 Days / 21 Hours)

The Core level course covers about 80% of features & capabilities of Excel 2010. The Expert level course covers advanced topics like applying Formulas & Functions, Data Analysis, Macros, Forms, Data Consolidation and how to present Data visually.

Let me know of you are keen. I know a training center that offers the above courses with subsidy.

Can PM me as well on this? thanks

excel 2013 VBA

Have anyone heard of intellisoft for excel 2013 VBA(Macro)? Is the training centre good?

They are offering $780 3 day course, but no test. Accreditation is by them.

Why not buy excel courseware where you can rewatch the videos when you need to recollect some concepts? Unless you are planning to get certified...

Has anyone gone for this course? Hope to have some opinions for those who has went for it.

Not sure how different it is as compared to the one that COMAT has.
