As long you understand and most importantly, enjoy the foods.

Personally, I stop white bread and kaya long time ago. Maybe just once a year indulgence.

I have not try the rest of their stuff, i always get the rotis with peanut + kaya pair, roti choice black sesame/ pandan/ oatmeal
Use it as a pre work out snack to boost my energy lvl, add pre work out if i am going for a 3h back to back training

My office nearby but I seldom go citylink mall. Only familiar with white tiffin (spelling?) cafe but hardly see any customers there.

Should go there buy some snacks next time.

They have egg tart, muffin, lava cake, different type of bread and you can buy a loaf and pick spread of ur choice
