If I want QHD monitor does this build supports it ?

The issue is that you are on a budget and the build does work but do prepare to have a drop in frame rates/ game at a lower video setting as driving a game in 1440p resolution requires a better and more expensive gpu in order to game in ultra/ max out settings (with playable frame rates).

1080p would allow you to max out those games I believe.

WQHD gaming, you need a SLI or Crossfire Mobo that supports both x8 x8 slots.

You will then need dual 290s, dual 780, dual 970, dual 980, or anything above dual to run all max out settings with good frame rates.

but if I change to a lower res with a qhd monitor fps will improve right? Then if watch movie change back to 1440p dooes it work? cause i am satisfied with 1080 for gaming but i want higher res for movie :s13: so will 1 gpu like gtx 970 be enough?

Is ur movie 1440p? If not, it may look bad watching 1080p movie on 1440p screen.

i see.. but basically it should work ?

If u r getting Qnix monitors ($3xx), then it wun work since they dun have built-in scalar to scale down to other resolutions.

if u r getting dell U2713H ($7xx), then yes, it will work.

Thanks , so if I were to change the build to

i5-4690k + Asus z97a
Crucial 8gb ddr3
Plextor m6s 128gb ssd
Wd blue 1tb
msi gtx 970
Lg dvd rom
Superflower hx 600w
Sharkoon bd28
Win 8.1 pro

Will the power supply be the same ? or do I need to have a higher W?

(I raised my budget cause I think that invest more so it will last longer)

Your PSU is MORE THAN ENOUGH for your build.

Actually, a good 400W PSU is just nice for your build.

And higher budget doesn't mean long lasting.
