Middle age bbfa. How to reduce weight to healthy bmi?

Eat less does not mean don't enjoy food.. Into intermittent fasting, low carb diet and 2 meals a day. Drop 7kg within 2 months. Don't need to exercise.

the below was how i lost 12 inches off my waist after being obese all my life. am approaching my mid 40s now and managed to maintain this for the past 6 years.

1-2 meals a day.
eat lesser but eat better quality.
dump the seed oils and carbs including most sweet fruits.
up the animal fats intake to curb the hunger.
ditch the veggies, if u must have some, have fermented veggies like saurkraut, kimchi where most of the anti-nutrients have been destroyed by fermentation.

do strength training to increase longevity and to make good use of the increased meat intake if you abide by the above.

no shortcuts but to exercise regularly & healthy eating

Exercise three times a week, reduce intake of rice, noodles, bread

Skip on sweet drinks

My friend said the same thing. He passed away in Feb. Brain blood vessel ruptured and doctor announced his brain no longer functioning. The family donated his buibui organs before funeral. Age 47

Is a balance... Don't go too extreme.. Need to move... I walk alot... I stick with low carb, don't eat too much, no sweet drinks and intermittent fasting...
