the below was how i lost 12 inches off my waist after being obese all my life. am approaching my mid 40s now and managed to maintain this for the past 6 years.
1-2 meals a day.
eat lesser but eat better quality.
dump the seed oils and carbs including most sweet fruits.
up the animal fats intake to curb the hunger.
ditch the veggies, if u must have some, have fermented veggies like saurkraut, kimchi where most of the anti-nutrients have been destroyed by fermentation.
do strength training to increase longevity and to make good use of the increased meat intake if you abide by the above.
