Migrate mobile apps data to newly set up desktop PC

I just formated my desktop PC, and set up again. I have backup the folder, C:\Users\TheMan\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media

Now I copy all the data back into this iTunes Media folder, launch iTunes, but I still seeing blank under Apps. What did I miss?

Also, do you guys nowadays still have the apps data in your PC/Mac? I feel like a bit redundant now, kind of think that maybe I should just leave it.

If you still have the .itl file just copy it to ..\Music\iTunes directory. Otherwise just recreate a new library by adding the whole iTunes Media folder.
