Hi dilphinus,
I have been asking tripadvisor and others and not able to find this shop selling boneless fish. Maybe they don't understand Milk fish.Thank you for your info. May i ask if you know where in the afternoon that i can eat this boneless fish in taipei. Do they have another branch??If not is okay.

Wah milk fish, I eat it once but not in Taiwan , but in Philippines, really nice.
