i just read The China Study, i believe this kind of study different people have different views. Read only, cannot fully believe.
Milk is still a popular choice as always. i drink one cup a day and will go toilet, that one not consider remove toxin?
I wonder if got researchers actually experiment this on guinea pigs.

This is actually a known fact that cow milk not good for human. But then there are ppl who drink cow milk regularly but nothing happen to them and they are in their 80s. So it can be the kind of cow we are looking at.

Cannot say the workers are dumb. They are instructed by their bosses to drink milk so the true dumb ones are the bosses/company.

More like the environment the workers are in that is giving them the root problem.
