Milo contains high sugary mainly carb + sugar, which contribute to metabolic conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure ? If really drink Milo, must try to drink in very very diluted mix.

There is Australian recipe Milo made in sg, and there is Milo made in Australia.

I think (?)NTUC used to sell both.

But the best is still the chilled little paper cup Milo van flavor in the 80s / 90s. Tried again last yr but formula seemed to have changed ...
