Valuetronics I highlighted to few friends before.

The company is sound and profitable. Dividends look likely to continue for the near future.

It's usually illiquid when it's not trading CD. I had it earlier but sold because of the dip in May/June. You also need to consider the strength of the HKD as it's dvds are paid in HK as well as it's business.
