DW, i going for a Chelsea win. If you must, dont bet too much on a draw. Man City away records are lousy and Chelsea home ground always a strong fortress. Fyi. TA on head-to-head clashes at stamford bridge showed that chelsea has never lost to man city at home.

but bayern is a strong team and plzen is shiat. so the odds are stacked. probably 1 % chance u will lose

consider the long run when u bet 500 per game
if u lose 1 time 500, u need win 33 times at 1.03 to give u back 495

using this sample size and 99% chance the overpowered team will win,

by binomial distribution,

winning all probability is 0.711, losing 1 is 0.244, losing 2 is 0.041
the expected gains/loss are 510, -5, -520
ur expected yield is 343.63 which is 2% of ur cost of betting for 34 games

To each his own punt. We can share our individual views and convictions but not really too nice to criticise others la, I feel. DW should have his own reason for a safest bet, regardless of the risk or reward. Even dividend stocks are not 100% fool proof. Any company can Toh at any time. Everything has it's own risk.

Thanks, really must chia u kopi liao. I missed out on last week issue of the Edge liao wasted. Did it mention what is the support? Ya the mirach boss must be behind it la just like the 3 designated stocks. But mirach boss at the recent EGM painted such a rosy picture dunnoe to believe or not. Say his company is good to invest in. If really he is the puppeteer behind it, then surely 40c wont be enough liao. At least 60 cent bah before he orchestra another huge fall again.
