I always thought it's married trade...

but Sinkie says it's buying/selling too fast until system cannot record :S

if i zoom in, there was a sell transaction of 8lots at 0.625, but when the system finally captured it, the bid/ask is 0.62/0.63

*the 1lot buy up at 0.625 was covered by my caption "1. sell to buyer"*

for example Using excel formula to explain?
=if(last=bid,bid,if(last=ask,ask,x))

for example

I always thought this was a married trade ? Something like insurance against the stock from falling. You just need to pay for the insurance should the stock fall. Otherwise, you'll be paying more for the stock at a lower price. I forgot I read somewhere else. Its like extra $1 for 1 lot.

Nolah, married trade is off the market transaction between 2 counterparties.

Like I married trade 100lots of Singtel at $2 to you when market price is $3

Sure or not ? 100 ST at $2 ? I buy all that you have :s22:

Thanks. I understand le. So something like under table deals done between 2 parties. Something like transfer of shares at a lower price.

it's simply just an off market sale...

that's why that time F&N and APB first got sold to the Thais, there was fat married trade before market open

Hi all,

I got a question. Hope someone can enlighten me. I am cleanin my mum's portfolio and found some delisted company. :s22: One of them is as below

(A) PROPOSED SHARE CONSOLIDATION OF EVERY FIFTEEN (15) ORDINARY
SHARES IN THE ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY INTO ONE
(1) ORDINARY SHARE (THE "PROPOSED SHARE CONSOLIDATION")
(B) PROPOSED RENOUNCEABLE NON-UNDERWRITTEN RIGHTS ISSUE OF
UP TO 1,214,381,135 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN THE ISSUED SHARE
CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF $0.025 FOR EACH
RIGHTS SHARE, ON THE BASIS OF ELEVEN (11) RIGHTS SHARES FOR
EVERY ONE (1) CONSOLIDATED SHARE IN THE POST-CONSOLIDATION
ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY (THE "PROPOSED RIGHTS
ISSUE")

Hope someone can help me on this. And help me give an example. So I can explain to my mum. She needs illustration to see things better. Thanks a lot !!! :)
