yoma failed to hit my tp and consolidated to rebound because of this news release, but can it break the downtrend?
on a weekly chart
on a daily chart
within the channel, looks like it is gonna fill the gap at 395c first within the rising wedge as highlighted within the channel,
so first support is at 34c, followed by the wedge support about 29c
transpac, head & shoulder at the top, support is at $1.50, even though it has a head & shoulder, but it might also be trading within the red rectangle too
but really, transpac is not a simple stock, cant really use TA to predict, the nature of their business is they find distress business, invest in it, then when its profitable sell the biz and then distribute their profit as dividend. when they announce dividend, it gap up again, and when its xd, it gap down again.
timing of their dividend announcement is crucial to how the chart will look like too

hyflux - looks nice, but resistence nearby at 1.46 to 1.47, can try abit but not too much taking that most of the candlestick are red in the triangle, resistence at 1.43 - 1.42
remember,
for a chart to breakout, there must be a catayst or insider leak
for a chart to breakdown, there is no need any reason but fear
hyflux hit 1st resistence
it is still on a uptrend with multiple support and resistence.
try drawing these lines on the trend and look out for the support level.
potential head and shoulder
need to breakout from the channel and looks like still same room to move
but if support $11 break, probably $9 next support
forming lower high within the channel, better watch the support,
yanlord, a strong support at $1.40, followed by $1.00
i expect it to go $1.40 soon, but to be honest, today market is could be a typical dead cat bounce or a interim consolidation, most of the stocks gap up but failed to recover from yesterday lost, so have to see next few days what the market is up to before making any judgement.
yanlord, on a closer look, 1.65 is a very stuborrn resistence, short term resistence is at 1.50, fail to breakout from there, will reach my 1.40 target
watch the 23c and 24c support, if chiu think is good, can load at 23c/24c channel.
26c looks a very good support as well.
assuming market sentiment remains bearish in sgx, a break of 23/24c support means it will go 19c, a good stock not scare of fire but if good news cant move it, then probably something is wrong or it has been factoered in
25.5 was the placement price, so it should be good support at the moment then
